The Mercedes-Benz, a very popular, luxurious and Obsessive Car Brand. The Mercedes-Benz were introduced in Philippines after the Americans reduced their imports of American cars, one of the successful market car distributed was the Mercedes-Benz 240d were as popularly known in Europe as W115 models.
These models are a series of coupes and sedans introduced in the year 1968 by German Car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz, and a series of production and distribution to the whole world till 1976 with names designed printed on the Engines.
Mercedes-Benz 240D also known as W115 models specified with 4 cylinder engines and distributed in a model series from 200, 220, 230 and 240. All of those Mercedes-Benz were features as a three box design or popularly known in Asia as sedan box type vehicle. Later the Mercedes-Benze designs were given categories with S-Class.

History
The Mercedes-Benz / W114/W115 designs were the first production of Mercedes-Benz with the newly engineered chassis of semi training rear arms and ball joints front end. It was used then in all new Mercedes-Benz passenger design vehicles before the upgrade of the multi-link rear suspension that started in 1980’s. However, even 80’s has passed, still so many car enthusiast use this sedan because of its comfort and simple design with tough suspensions.
The Mercedes-Benz S-Class Chassis would be the last design with low-pivot swing axle and king pin wishbone front ends. The same as Mercedes-Benz Saloon car series the Mercedes Benz 240D boosted with advance innovation. In the series of year models of Mercedes-Benz D240 was developed with D-Jetronic fully electronic fuel injection system, also the center console where shown with ribbed taillights. Later Mercedes-Benz D240 coupe models are also introduced in the market with 6 cylinder engine and in some countries like Argentina Mercedes-Benz 220D was uncommonly made as pick-ups.
