It catches my attention seeing this metal sheet on the road. For the U Turn slots you will be luck to hit this sheet and damage your tire to puncture since it might hurt your tire on sideways. The tin cut and unrepaired position also might damage the rims of the wheel. If your way is going straight it might not disturbed you.
I was on the signal then and waiting for the green light, and while waiting my eyes is pointed on the road metal sheet planning to avoid it when i start to run, but the next vehicles on my back might not be prepared to avoid this and everyone is in hurry to catch the green light.
